The mission of the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation is to support the Scholarship, Leadership and Citizenship programs of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity through the charitable gifts of our alumni members and friends. Donations are fully deductible for income tax purposes.

The Foundation’s annual fund income for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 was $138,500. With those funds the Foundation provided $137,320 in grants.

Programs funded by the Foundation include:

• Academy of Principled Leaders – New chapter presidents receive three days of intensive leadership training.
• Scholarship Recognition – Provides membership retention by encouraging academic success.
• Academic & Leadership Program Scholarships – Benefit: grants support members who seek to advance their own skills.
• Recruitment Reloaded – Teaches recruitment skills in each chapter.
• Leadership Consultants – Provides chapter programs evaluation and consultation for each chapter.
• SAGA of Sigma Tau Gamma / Sigma Tau Gamma Website – Provides primary communication links.
