Registration:
The registration fee for chapters is off-set by the convention fee paid each semester. Chapters that have a zero-balance for the 2011-2012 school year may register collegiate members for $59 (discount code available by calling the Fraternity HQ, 660-747-2222). Alumni and members of chapters that have not paid their bills will pay a registration fee of $299.

-Collegiate member (ALL 2011-2012 chapter bills paid): $59

-Collegiate member (2011-2012 chapters bills not paid): $299

You have until July 8 to register your spot at the 45^th Grand Chapter. Registrations will be accepted after July 8 but will have a $25 penalty fee.

Hotel & Event location:
The event will be hosted at the DoubleTree Hotel Crystal City in Arlington, Va. Reservations can already be made by calling the hotel directly at 703-416-4100 and asking for the Sig Tau room rate of $120.

If you are flying, we recommend Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The Doubletree Hotel Crystal City offers a complimentary shuttle service every half-hour from 5:00 a.m. to midnight.
