March 4, 2013 – Today marks the beginning of the third annual National Ritual Celebration Week. Throughout this week, Sigma Tau Gamma along with more than 20 other inter/national fraternities and sororities partner up with campus communities to raise awareness of the RitualWeek logono Yearimportance of ritual. It also allows time for members to reflect personally on our ritual and Principles, while embracing the ritual of other interfraternal organizations.

“During this week, we will provide resources on our website for our members to reflect on why our organization was founded, why fraternities and sororities have rituals, and what it means to live by one’s ritual,” said Director of Chapter Development Addison Schopp. “This week also is an opportunity to celebrate the interfraternal community and discover what being a member of an organization with a ritual means to our members personally.”

Twitter-BlueBackgroundNational Ritual Celebration begins with today’s National Panhellenic Conference International Badge Day. Phi Mu Fraternity created National Ritual Celebration Week in December 2010. Check back to our social media sites for resources and information throughout the week.
